General Membership​

1. Can I freeze my membership if I go on holiday?
We don’t offer membership freezes. Your membership will continue as normal while you’re away.

2. What if my contact details change?
Please let us know as soon as possible by email, phone, or at the front desk so we can keep your profile and booking reminders up to date.

3. What’s the policy on bringing guests?

We are a 1-on-1 training facility — guests and casual workouts are not available.

​

4. How do I store my belongings safely at the gym?
We have storage spaces available for your personal items. NSF is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings, so please keep valuables with you.

5. How do I keep updated with what’s new and happening at NSF?
Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates on events, challenges, and schedule changes.

6. What if I have any questions or feedback?
We welcome feedback! Speak to your trainer, email us, or contact us via Instagram.

Before & During Sessions​

7. How do I book my session?
All sessions are pre-booked 1-on-1 personal training. You can book via your trainer, contact us, or at reception — casual bookings are not available.

8. What if I forget my water bottle?
We provide FREE water for all of our members.

​

9. Can I attend my session if I have an injury or illness?
For minor injuries, let your trainer know so we can modify your workout. If you’re sick (fever, contagious illness), please stay home and rest — you can reschedule your session once you’re well.

10. Is this program suitable if I have injuries or health conditions?
Yes — we will work with your doctor or allied health provider to tailor your training safely to your needs.

Cancellations, Lateness & Rescheduling

11. What happens if I cancel my session at the last minute or miss it?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session or no-shows will be charged as a full session.

 

12. What if I’m late to my session? 

Your session will still finish at the scheduled time. We’ll adjust your workout to fit the time remaining.

 

13. What happens if I need to reschedule a session?

You can reschedule without penalty if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Fitness Assessments & Personalisation

14. How will you assess my fitness level before starting?

We begin with a fitness consultation covering your health history, goals, movement assessment, and baseline measurements.

 

15. Will you make a customised plan for my goals?

Yes — your program is built specifically for your fitness level, goals, schedule, and preferences.

 

16. How will progress be tracked (measurements, weight, photos, strength tests)?

We track progress through regular check-ins, measurements, performance tracking, and optional photos — always with your consent.

 

17. Can you help with nutrition as well?

Yes — we can provide general nutrition guidance and healthy eating tips. For medical or clinical dietary needs, we can refer you to a qualified dietitian.
